  • Why is it important? To improve the absorption of magnesium in the intestine, better delivery to tissues and cells and better absorption by the body as part of the dietary supplement MAGNEL used chelate compound of magnesium – magnesium glycinate.Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P) is a metabolically active form of vitamin B6. It is converted into various forms of vitamin B6 in the body, which a person receives with food. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is useful when the use of regular vitamin B6 does not give the expected effect.

  • Possible applications The main substances of MAGNEL help to counteract the development of undesirable conditions associated with magnesium and / or vitamin B6 deficiency: in chronic physical and mental fatigue, irritability, stress; with depression, sleep disorders, myalgia; with long-term use of oral contraceptives, certain classes of diuretics or after the procedure of osmotic diuresis; in the presence of chronic hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus; in the presence of a bone fracture or osteoporosis; in the presence of cardiovascular diseases; with muscle cramps, tingling sensation in the muscles.

    Method of administration and dosage Capsules should be taken with food, swallowed whole, washed down with drinking water: adults – 1 capsule 3 times a day; children from 6 years (with a body weight over 20 kg) – 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

  • Contraindications Individual intolerance of components, severe or moderate renal failure, phenylketonuria, hypermagnesemia, vitamin B6 hypervitaminosis, myasthenia gravis, atrioventricular block, severe hypotension, concomitant use with levodopa.
